The brief with this project was that the owners would like to modernise and open up the kitchen, living /dining on the ground floor of their 2 storey house and open their house onto a new entertaining area that takes full advantage of their waterfront residence location.

We also had to repair a lot of the existing structure due to some pesky termites that once visited the house.

A new French provincial kitchen added the touch of class to renovation that included new windows, roof and deck extension, carport and render.

Finished with stylish colour choices along with a beautiful spotted gum hardwood deck it gave the existing house new life.
